Deposit/Reservation:

At the time of booking a $50 dollar down payment for all packages along with a signed contract will be required to secure your requested date. At the time booking is confirmed and invoice will be sent for down payment. After down payment and contract has been signed an invoice will be sent for balance. Remaining balance will be due 48 hours before event. Dates are not reserved until a deposit payment is made. Reservation can be paid out ahead of event if needed. There is also a $50 or $100 (depending on package) cash cleaning/damage deposit fee at time of setup and will be returned at time of pickup if equipment is in same condition at time of setup. See below for link to different contracts depending on Softplay, Interactive games contract (Nerf, Splatrball) or Movie Setup to download and email back to overthemoonsoftplay@yahoo.com 

 

Weather Conditions

If you are hosting an outdoor event, you assume all weather-related risks. In warmer months vinyl does heat up and will require shaded area or canopy. Package sizes vary so make take multiple canopies or we have canopies to rent. However, if it should rain, Over the Moon Soft Play will rebook your event upon availability of schedule or will put money towards a future booking. Please note: Once Over the Moon Soft Play has setup equipment and your event time has started, there will be no refund or reschedule.

Set up/Take Down/Delivery

Set up and take down are included in your total price. Lessee is responsible for clearing all areas needed for equipment and must be present at the time of delivery. Lessee is also responsible for providing electricity if needed for equipment.

Covid – 19 Policy

Due to Covid-19 we will be taking heightened measures in care for equipment and sanitizing. As a parent, it is of upmost importance keeping my loved ones safe and healthy. Over the Moon will be following the Department of Health and State Guidelines.

  1. Social Distancing -Upon arrival we will keep a 6ft social distance around you during set up and pick up.

  2. PPE =We will always wear gloves and face mask during set up and removal.

  3. Hand Sanitizer- We suggest you provide hand sanitizer for your guests before and while using soft play equipment. This can always be added to reservation of package.

  4. Cleaning and Disinfecting = Over the Moon will be doing deep cleaning on each piece of equipment and utilizes sanitizer safe for children before and after each rental. Over the Moon utilizes Clean Smart Disinfectant, which kills 99% of viruses and bacteria without harmful chemicals. This product is on the EPA approved list to kill Coronavirus.

  5. Safety First - If anybody in your household has shown symptoms of Covid-19 in the last 7 days, please inform us immediately.

  • What is soft play rental?
    An indoor/outdoor area with play equipment made from soft materials. These activities provide a safe environment for children ages 0-5 to play, explore, and build a variety skill like gross motor skills and social skills.
  • Do you set up outdoors?
    Absolutely! As long as the weather permits, we will set up outside for any event. We do ask that you keep equipment area where the equipment will not get too hot for your little ones. We will not set up over uneven surfaces to ensure the safety of the children playing. We will only set up on grass or solid areas that is clear of debris and animal feces.
  • What if it rains?
    To ensure the safety of the little ones, we will not set up outdoors if there is rain in the forecast. However, you may reschedule your rental if you would like.
  • Refunds?
    Refunds will be available in full 8-14 days prior to event. Within 3-7 days of event refunds will be available minus $50 deposit. Between 24-48 hours no refunds will be provided but will work to provide another booking date with availibility. Due to Covid we will be providing refunds upon proof of Covid positive test at any time prior to event.
  • How do I book?

  • Do you offer additional time?
    We do it is $50.00 per hour.
  • Do you have any rules?
    Yes, for the safety for all involved and for equipment. There are No shoes, No food or drinks, No sharp objects and ONLY children ages 0-5 allowed in play area except for adults providing supervision with shoe wear removed. There is NO silly string, party poppers, markers, crayons, slime etc. that could potentially damage equipment. No moving equipment after setup, taking equipment out of play area or bringing other toys not belonging to Over The Moon into play area. Socks are to be worn at all times.
  • Do the children need to be supervised while using soft play equipment?
    Yes, 100%. Each child needs adult supervision while on play equipment to prevent any rough housing or accidents.
  • How does the delivery work?
    We will arrive 45min. to 1.5 hours prior to your event start time to begin set up. If there will be any restrictions that may delay set up (stairs, lack of parking, etc.} please let us know ahead of time so we plan accordingly.
  • Are your rentals available for pick up?
    I am sorry we do not offer pick up due to making sure equipment is properly setup and available space is appropriate for equipment to keep all involved safe.
  • Can we make changes to our rental?
    Yes, if changes are available (like add on’s}, and changes have been made at least 3 days before event.
  • Are you fully Insured?
    Yes we carry liability insurance coverage. Our insurance covers out set up of the equipment and any accidents due to a fault with the soft play products. It does not cover accidents due to lack of supervision or misuse of the items.
  • Is there a delivery fee?
    Delivery is included and free if the event is within Muskogee, Oktaha, Webbers Falls, and Warner areas. If out of these areas just message and delivery fee will be tailored to the event location but is based on $0.56/mile but is again home base is adjusted between either home address or Muskogee whichever is more beneficial to client.
  • Is soft play equipment safe?
    Yes! We want to provide the cleanest environment for your little ones, therefore we use a safe disinfectant cleaner (Clean Smart Disinfectant} to wipe down prior and after each event.
  • What forms of payments do you receive?
    Down payment will have to be paid via credit card, paypal or cash before event date is saved. Remaining balance can be paid via credit card, debit card, paypal or cash if can meet in Muskogee at least 48 hours before event date. Damage/Cleaning deposit is cash only day of event to avoid having to charge client's extra to cover online fee's and to be able to automatically refund if in same condition.
